The team at A-Kats did a great job with our two-flat. Initially, we had water coming into the building during heavy rains, and recognized that cracks in the mortar were the issue. We contracted for re-tuckpointing, but once the team was onsite they recommended stripping the old paint from the mortar for a more effective and permanent solution. They were right - and the result looks great! We now have the original brick color restored, and the recent rains brought no water into our home. My thanks to Noe and his insightful team for the extra attention and diligence.
